This is a sample pinout from Epox motherboard manual. IT"S may be DIFFERENT for other motherboards.
Before connecting any external bracket you should check them and replug wires according to your motherboard manual USB pinout (if needed).
If you have no access to the motheboard manual, you can try determine pinout manually.
USE AT YOU OWN RISK! May be dangerous for your equipment!
You can easily determine position of +5V and GND with multimeter. After this, plug the bracket with this pins set correctly and try to connect some device. If your device working - fine you"ve done it. If not - try to exchange Data- and Data+ wires and try again.
